Spiritual Prosperity Workbook
Part 4
Seeing your core beliefs
and removing blocks to fear.
If you weren't fearful or lacking you would have immediately what you want in
and from life. It is fear
and false beliefs that have blocked you from reaching your creative potential.
The removal of fear,
even if you think you are not fearful is the next step in spiritual prosperity.
It is a very important
step in manifesting your good. The removal of weeds must occur before
you can grow flowers.
Most of us grow up with false beliefs planted into our subconscious and
these thoughts prevent us
from having or even desiring our highest good. To find your Core beliefs you
have to get out
of your head (intellect) and into your emotions (feelings). Stop thinking about
your problems and feel
what it is that is preventing you from achieving your dreams. It can't
be anything outside of you.
If you think it is, you are projecting your pain (fear) and not feeling it.
Write down a goal that you have wanted for a long time but it just seems
to be not happening.
If you were given this dream goal
today, how would it change your life?
Write down in 40 words or less what you are most afraid of if you achieved this
goal.
Tell yourself if you feel blocked in this exercise that I must be afraid or
I would already have
this that I don't have.
What are the feeling you have when you think you will not be able to have or
attain this goal.
Put the feelings down in two or three words only Use feeling words
such as guilt, anger, resentment,
sadness, or fear, etc.
What has stopped you in the past from
not achieving this goal?
Who has prevented you from having this dream-goal (other than yourself) and
why?
What are your beliefs regarding this goal? Your doubting self-talk?
What have others (from your past) told you about yourself in regards to having
similar goals.
What haven't you done to make this goal happen?
Stop and really feel your inner emotional body and what beliefs are just
below your doubting feelings.
Make any notices that you can to magnify the feelings. Manage a inner
child telling you what you
were taught by parents when growing up. What criticism or negative beliefs
where told to you.
Examine your guilt
is a belief and must be felt. Let yourself just for the next few minutes feel guilt.
What are you guilty about. Its often is felt as I haven't ______________ or I didn't ___________
sometime as I shouldn't or you ought to. Go deeper into your guilt and put these ideas into simple
statements. Within your feelings are memories and within the memories are beliefs, core ideas of who
you are and what you think about yourself. Often these beliefs rob you of your property. They are
statements of lack and doubt. When you live from these core ideas you don't create.
All prosperity comes from creating.
Statements of YOU shouldn't, YOU can't and you will be punished invoke feelings of guilt. How have you
made others guilty also. Been critical or condemning, notice the judgments that often accompany your
guilt. By also making others guilty you are misplacing or improperly dealing with your own guilt.
Look for your core negative beliefs with your past experience and learn how to remove them.
Whenever we feel condemned we feel worthless, and that blocks our true nature.
Make your core statements and see where and when you made them.
Write about them and take a good look at them.
By looking at them and not believing them increases your ability to be spiritually prosperous.
Blame and Shame
Two ideas that control your mind and lower your power. Both come from guilt. Ask yourself how often
you feel these dark emotions and why? Shame often comes from he inner child that took a false sense of
responsibility for what happened. Blame comes from others that don't know how to deal with their
shame and project it to others. Both emotion need to be delimited like all dark thoughts so that
real ideas can flow from your higher mind into your conscious mind. If dark beliefs block the
stream of light then you will not be spiritual successful.
Spiritual Alignment of Goals.
Pick one goal and write it as specific as possible.
Write it as if it has already happened and you have
it or have become it. Don't Judge it.
